We had to "trust the Tesla." We were traveling inside a very smart computer, and it took us a few days and a lot of YouTube videos to smooth out the glitches. Or, more accurately, smooth out our human interference. It was especially fun when we figured out the "farting" feature. Every time we put our blinker on, the car made a different farting sound. We were kids all over again and laughed until we almost peed our pants. There was an instance when, while in the car wash, our Tesla turned off instead of staying neutral to move forward. We panicked because an oversized truck behind us was still moving forward. The entire experience was so scary then, and now it is so laughable. The fun and laughter are not the only reason we will continue to rent Tesla's for our trips. The Tesla drives for us so we can take in all the sights on the road. This time, we road-tripped in Arizona to Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, and the four energy vortexes in Sedona.
